Kingsley Hoskins is currently co-producing a six-part adaptation of Beth O'Leary's best seller, THE ROAD TRIP, shooting in Gran Canaria and Madrid, Spain, and Bristol, UK. She recently assistant produced a six-part adaptation of Beth O’Leary’s bestselling novel THE FLATSHARE, for Paramount+, starring Jessica Brown Findlay and Anthony Welsh. Prior to that she assistant produced four-part psychological thriller THE GIRL BEFORE for BBC and HBO Max, starring Gugu Mbatha-Raw and David Oyelowo.
Kingsley previously spent the last several years working with production and management company, 42 working across their television and feature slates on features such as THE COURIER starring Benedict Cumberbatch, MILITARY WIVES starring Kristin Scott Thomas and Sharon Horgan, and TV productions including WILD BILL (ITV), TRAITORS (Channel 4), THE ENGLISH GAME (Netflix). Before moving to 42, she worked as an assistant director for six years on film and television productions including FLOWERS, GUERRILLA, BODYGUARD, SOLO: A STAR WARS STORY, BREATHE, JOURNEY’S END, and LOST IN LONDON.
She has several projects in development at script and outline stage, and recently produced a short film for the BFI alongside producing partner Samira Musa (Film4 Foresight, Aisha and Abhaya). THURSDAYS stars BAFTA winning actress Dame Sian Phillips, is directed by Lorna Tucker (Àma, Westwood: Punk, Icon, Activist), written by Amy Baty (Aisha and Abhaya, Note to Self, Renewable Moves), and has financial backing from Rambert and Kibwe Tavares.
